Present Information in a Logical Sequence!!
The order in which you present specific points can affect the way an employee remembers it.
This is especially true when the ingormation concerns a procedure involving several steps. If you talk about these steps in the wrong order, the employee is likely to learn, and possibly perform, them in that order.
Some times you need to cober the simpler material before you talk about the more complicated parts. Very ofthe employees need to understand one part of a message completely in order for the next part to make sense This is called providing Prerequisite Information.
